This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and aladin99 ("Platform", "we", "us"). 3. Account Management

Users are fully responsible for the security of their own accounts. This includes:

• Choosing a strong password and not sharing login details with anyone.
• Ensuring that the device used to access the platform is secure and free from malicious software.
• Notifying aladin99 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Updating your account information whenever there are changes to your personal details.

aladin99 will not be liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to protect their own account information. aladin99 customer support will never ask for your password through any communication channel.

4. Deposits and Payments

aladin99 provides a range of payment options for members in Malaysia. All deposits are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

• The minimum deposit for each payment method is RM30.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the same user's name.
• aladin99 does not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposit received from an unidentifiable source will be returned.
• Deposited funds cannot be transferred to another user.
• aladin99 reserves the right to decline or place on hold any deposit that raises suspicion, pending further investigation.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by the aladin99 finance team according to the following guidelines:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM50 per request.
• The standard processing time is between 15 minutes and 2 hours depending on the chosen method and the time the request is made.
• Withdrawals are only permitted to an account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been fully met.
• aladin99 reserves the right to carry out compliance checks and identity verification before approving any withdrawal request.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

aladin99 offers various bonus programmes to its members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions set for each promotion.

Example wagering requirement calculations:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM200 → Balance RM300 → Wagering requirement: RM200 × 25 = RM5,000
• Deposit RM600 → Bonus RM500 (maximum cap) → Balance RM1,100 → Wagering requirement: RM500 × 25 = RM12,500

General provisions for all bonuses:

• Each member is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash.
• aladin99 reserves the right to cancel a bonus at any time if there is evidence of misuse or fraud.
• Wagering requirements must be met using the bonus balance. Wagers placed using deposit funds will not count towards fulfilling bonus requirements.
• All other promotions including cashback, referral bonuses and seasonal promotions are subject to the specific terms set for each campaign.

7. VIP Programme

The aladin99 VIP Programme has four membership tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier offers progressively higher privileges and benefits, including:

• Bronze — weekly cashback of up to 0.2%
• Silver — weekly cashback of up to 0.4%
• Gold — weekly cashback of up to 0.6%
• Platinum — weekly cashback of up to 0.8%

VIP tier advancement depends on a member's betting activity and loyalty over a given period. aladin99 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the VIP programme at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Game Rules

All games on aladin99 — including slots, live casino and sports betting — operate using a random number generator (RNG) that has been audited and certified by an independent party. This ensures every game outcome is fair and unbiased.

• Members are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit technical errors, or use third-party software to gain an unauthorised advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Outcomes arising from system technical errors may be voided by aladin99, and any incorrect payouts will be reclaimed.
• Bets on sports events are subject to betting limits, market types and specific rules set by aladin99 and the respective sports service providers.

Should an account be terminated due to a breach of terms, aladin99 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and funds associated with the activity that violated those terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws under the jurisdiction in which aladin99 operates under valid international licensing. Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation between both parties.

Should negotiation fail to reach a resolution within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with mutually agreed international arbitration rules. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
